The ERC Advanced Grant project titled “The Design and Evaluation of Modern Fully Dynamic Data Structures” (MoDynStruct) is led by Professor Monika Henzinger. This project focuses on developing and analyzing algorithms for problems involving dynamic data, such as clustering and graph-related problems.
A key objective of MoDynStruct is to create techniques that allow for querying information in dynamic data sets without compromising individual privacy. For instance, the project aims to enable the determination of the number of individuals affected by an event without revealing personal details. Additionally, the project seeks to develop memory-efficient and time-effective methods for handling such dynamic data scenarios.
